Tardiness and Cancellations

This is the part where we tell you that your appointment time is reserved for you and you only. While we understand daily life can make some lateness unavoidable, we may need to reschedule your appointment if your are more than 10 minutes late. We want to make sure we have enough time to provide you with the quality of work your are paying for and to allow us to stay on time for the rest of the customers.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please, please, please give us a jingle 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Out of respect for all of our guests, please make other arrangements for children and pets.
